Final Checklist Before Submitting Your Manuscript To Fundcraft For Printing.
The cover selection must be made and Cover Layout Sheet completed. Attach a sample of your cover selection to the Cover Layout Sheet. If you choose one of the cover designs, use the Layout Sheet and attach a copy of the design. If you select one of the Fundcraft For Pennies More cover designs, use the For Pennies More Cover Layout Sheet. If you design your own front cover, submit the appropriate layout sheet and attach a copy of your design and wording to the layout sheet. Please remember NO PENCIL drawings. All artwork needs to be done in black ink on white paper. To select a Fundcraft type style for the front cover, print the typestyle choices page and circle the appropriate typestyle and attach to the layout sheet.
Include your 4 special pages or advise if none is to be included. Number them in the order you wish them to appear in your cookbook. Submit layout sheets.
Recipes MUST BE CATEGORIZED according to the appropriate section dividers you have selected. If you select one of Fundcraft's full-color section divider sets with 7 sections, sort your recipes behind the appropriate sheets. If you use the single-color divider set with 10 sections, use the appropriate sheets to sort your recipes. Fundcraft standard divider titles CANNOT be changed except where indicated. If you have designed your own divider sheets, you can cross out the wording on our count sheets and add your own titles, or use plain white paper. Please write in the titles and quantity of recipes in each section along with the group name.

The ORDER FORM will take you step-by-step through your entire order. No order can be processed without the form, completed and signed, by two non-related members of your group. Individuals and companies doing a book still have to complete and sign the ORDER FORM and send it with their recipes.
Individuals, families and businesses must submit a one-half deposit with the recipes and the balance when the books are printed, before they are shipped.
Be sure to include the NUMBER OF BOOKS ordered at the top of the ORDER FORM. Also, be sure that you do not have too many recipes for the quantity of books you want to order. Check your price chart to make sure there is a price bracket for recipes/books ordered. Click here to view FOR PENNIES MORE options and pricing.
At various times during the year, Fundcraft may offer special savings on certain FOR PENNIES MORE options. These specials will be made with coupon savings. All coupons are dated and will have to be received with the recipe material on or before the coupon expiration date to apply to the order. Only one coupon per order.
Please remember that you will be charged extra if you submit additional recipes or other items after the manuscript is received by Fundcraft. All material should arrive at Fundcraft in the same package.
Do not submit xerox copies of photographs. Photos should be sharp and clear. You will be notified by Fundcraft if the one submitted is not clear enough to be printed, and asked to send a better photo. Do not submit instant Polaroid-type photos.
After your order is received, all items will be checked and you will be mailed an itemized order acknowledgment. This is our interpretation of your order; if you have any changes or questions, please contact our office immediately.
Please remember that you may receive up to 10% more books or 10% less books than you order, due to the printing process. The 10% overrun/underrun cannot be avoided, so please plan on a difference in the quantity of books you order and the actual number of books you receive.
