- It is the job of the Recipe Collection Phase Leader (and other club members selected to help) to sort through the recipes and carefully check for content, method, proper spelling and cooking or baking time. If you have questions, contact the donor.
-
- While sorting the recipes into various sections, have one person read the recipe while another person looks at the copy - this catches many errors. Remember, we cannot change or add ingredients once the recipes are received. We do not eliminate recipes, so watch for duplicates. It is helpful to group and alphabetize recipes within each section to locate any duplicates. Just to be safe, it is recommended that a separate typed list of recipe donors be submitted so that we can double check spelling. We offer suggestions for placement of recipes on the front of our Recipe Collection Count Sheets.
-
- After the committee has sorted through all the recipes, placed them in their proper sections and counted them, attach the Recipe Count Sheets to each section.
-
- If you select the
single-color dividers, click here and print your 10 Recipe Count Sheets.
- If you select the
full-color divider sets, click here and print your 7 Recipe Count Sheets.
-
- If you have special dividers with your own titles, place a sheet of paper between each section with the title of your choice and the recipe count for that section. If you wish, you may print and use the back of our count sheets for this!
