After you have recipe collection under way, you should: Choose a front cover that reflects the theme of your cookbook.   Complete the 4 free pages at the front of the cookbook. Select the recipe section dividers.   Design any special pages and choose any FOR PENNIES MORE™ options. Make sure all advertising is collected if your cookbook is going to include ads. Print out and complete the ORDER FORM.   REMEMBER, for a little extra money you can mix any of the FOR PENNIES MORE™ options with features. Refer to the price chart for costs on specific options.
