 Appreciation Page - You can either use our standard appreciation page or write your own copy on the appreciation page layout sheet.
 Dedication Page - This page can be used as is or you can add the wording of your choice. If you want your own wording, please write it on the dedication page layout sheet.
 Officers' Page - This is a good place to give credit to those who are responsible for your cookbook. All Phase Leaders who worked hard making your cookbook project a success should be mentioned.
 Photo Page - You automatically receive one photo (printed in black and white) in your cookbook. If you choose, a black line drawing can be used in place of a photo. Maximum photo or artwork size should not exceed 8 X 10 inches.
Substitutions: Any of the four pages can be substituted for your local information, poems, history, etc. The only requirement is that these pages must be located at the front of the cookbook. (You can add more than four pages for a minimal charge. See Options #19 and #20. Local merchant advertising pages cannot be substituted for personal pages.
